Meet your Guide

Emily West Horn is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher via the International Mindfulness Teachers Association. She is also authorized to teach meditation, dharma, and long retreats by Spirit Rock Meditation Center and Insight Meditation Society. Her teaching career began in 2010 with the encouragement of her teachers, Jack Kornfield and Trudy Goodman. Since then, she has worked with hundreds of students and has mentored dozens of mindfulness teachers.

The Mindfulness Teachers Space

Designed for mindfulness teachers seeking growth and connection in a nurturing learning environment, the Mindfulness Teachers Space is a sanctuary, crafted just for you. It's a space where boundaries are respected, and the weight of being the teacher is shared. It is designed for the modern spiritual apprentice with love of Buddhadharma.

Led by seasoned Dharma and Mindfulness Teacher Trainer, Emily West Horn, this space encourages the emergence of collective wisdom. Here, you'll challenge yourself to temporarily shed your teacher's hat, allowing room for introspection, intimacy, and learning–a transformative and healing practice in its own right. Teaching is a crucible, and it's made lighter with the support and insights of both mentors & peers.

Benefits Include:

  • Advanced training based in a lineage rooted in Mindfulness and Insight Meditation

  • Bi-monthly 75 min facilitated small group meeting

    • 1st & 3rd Friday each month from 12:00-1:15pm ET

  • Twice a month, 30 min silent group practices
